If you plan to pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) fill out one workshop registration form per attendee and then enter our online store. (Please note: If you do not have an account, you will be required to register again in order to create an account.)

Fill out one registration form per person. If you plan to pay by purchase order, money order, cashier's check, bank check or institutional check, we must received your payment before May 20, 2009. You will receive your confirmation number by email.
