If you have a question, there is a good chance that others have had that question, too. Several commonly asked questions and responses have been posted to the FAQ Section of the website.
When you submit your trouble report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. After an initial assessment by our support department, the resolution of the problem will be assigned to an appropriate technician. Periodically we will post notices regarding bugs reported by our customers in the Known Problems section of this page, and tips or workarounds on the FAQ page.
