We've developed training with lasting impact. We've discounted licenses so that every participant gets a license for work and for home. We've designed our training to introduce key learning experience design (LXD) concepts and help participants apply them immediately. We've developed post-training videos and resources. Finally, we built in 6 hours of post-training coaching into the package.

We offer face-to-face training at your place or ours. Training over Zoom is also an option. Our training is hands-on training and features instruction on the LodeStar authoring tool as well as evidence-based strategies that participants can use immediately.
It's natural to forget things. Participants will gain access to a series of how-to videos and resources to refresh their skills and promote recall.
After the training, participants will have project ideas or challenges implementing their ideas. We provide six hours of coaching over Zoom, which can be used in a group setting or one-on-one.
